Helsby/Acton Bridge/Helsby/Hooton/Canning Street

Started off looking around Ellesmere Port area to see if we could see any engineering trains within the posession.. Got to Ince to find two trains ready to leave the posession which was at Helsby.
We raced to Helsby to get the two engineering trains that were on their way. WHile at Helsby we found out the ballast to Hoooton was diverted up the WCML and then through Helsby to Chester as opposed to Crewe - Chester.
We went over to Acton Bridge to get the ballast heading north on its way up to Warrington.
Next back to Helsby to get the ballast for a second time passing the signal from the bridge.
Finished off at Hooton where we went to get the 60 on Merseyrail territory before entering the possession.
On the way back went via Canning Street to see the damage done to the old box by a recent fire.
